birth control bar!!!!!! (Nexplanon??)

hey guys! i have a few questions about the birth control bar, if any of you guys had it that would help!! 1. does it hurt to get it removed? because its almost been three years for me and im scared of getting it replaced. And 2. how is your first period after not having it for a long time? i haven’t had a period in a year and a half and now im spotting again and im worried i may get awful cramps! lol. sorry for the tmi but i’m not sure who to ask! thank you! 💞💞
