WTF IS THIS?!?!

Haven’t had it at all all day, went pee before bed and saw this. It’s reddish/brown, no pink to it at all. I started the depo-provera shot at the end of February and haven’t gotten a period since. Is this implantation bleeding? Is discharge like this normal? Could it be a sign of a coming period or irregular discharge due to my missed periods? I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms at all besides the missed periods but my doctor told me it was totally normal for my periods to completely stop once I started depo.
