Could this sound like I am pregnant?

I started my last period March 24, 2020. These period trackers tells me I am supposed to start today or tomorrow. So far my period hasn't came today yet.

My husband and I also been trying to conceive last week on my fertile and ovulation days,so fingers crossed and baby dust for us.

I have been cramping off and on every since conception. I been breaking out with acne if that is an early pregnancy symptom? 🤷‍♀️but today I had this discharge that looked like egg whites when I wiped. It didn't have any smell to it but it was stringy like.

I haven't bought an pregnancy test yet because I am trying to hold off and save money just in case if I'm not, (make sense right)? I am hoping I'm pregnant because I want babygirl so bad even though Its God prediction on what he gives me. I will be fine with either or.

My question is does that egg white stringy discharge a sign of pregnancy and those other symptoms I have described?
