ACNE issues

I am a little over 12 weeks and I swear I started breaking out like the day of conception. Its been so bad I've gotten a facial, tried every trick I knew, probably every type of cleanser (not every brand but genre), my chin cheeks back and neck are just covered in everything from black heads, tiny little bumps to cystic acne. I'm at a loss. My skin has been clear since high school and I never broke out with my son, like not like this! I thought I was having an allergic reaction until I found out I was pregnant 🙃. Anyone else with this problem? Or have any suggestions that has worked for them because I will try just about anything.

Also I do not wear makeup and if I do its only blush or bronzer with mascara.
