Excited!!!

I just have to share my excitement! Things have changed since I was pregnant with my son 7 years ago. I got my blood drawn today to do the NIPT and find out the gender of this baby. My doctor told me that they also now do 14 week ultrasounds along with the regular ones they do, one each trimester. So I’m just excited to 1. Be able to find out the gender this early! And 2. That I’ll get one more ultrasound than what I expected! I’m so happy I don’t have to wait until 20 weeks to see baby again or find out the gender. I’m only 11 weeks and so far this pregnancy has just been going sooo slow, I think it’s because I knew I was going to end up pregnant from the second after we conceived, I just had a feeling. So knowing this whole time (instead of finding out at 5ish weeks like I did with my son) has made this pregnancy just drag on and I’m not even past 1st trimester yet! 😭 So again, I’m just excited I don’t have to wait another almost 10 weeks to see baby or find out the gender. I couldn’t help but share my happiness. I’m sending out good vibes to all you expecting mommies out there, and the ones still trying and waiting for their blessing. ❤️
