Need some advice

My husband doesn't like my family, like even a little bit. I'm very close with my family. I know my family is hypocritical, and can be judgy, but there is a whole lot of good too. He constantly reminds me that he doesn't like my family, and that our children won't spend time with them alone. (I'm six weeks pregnant, after several miscarriages) Today we are supposed to be going to a creek for a cook out day, that we can still socially distance. He is upset because we are doing this, but for our adopted son's bday we did video chats, same for my grandpa's. I am currently sitting on the couch waiting for him to get up, after I found out he was up until 4am playing the xbox. My son informed me of it.

To say I'm upset isn't right. I even talked with him yesterday that it upsets me a lot when he gets mad at my family over stuff, and then pulls stuff like this! Either he refuses to go, by sleeping, or he refuses to interact. Then I'm stuck in the middle with my family asking me why, and him refuses to participate, and playing on his phone.

I think my biggest problem with this, is this is my only day off from work until next weekend, and he has decided to do his own thing, instead of spending time with me, whether it be with my family or not.

*update* he isnt pissed about going. He is pissed that they said we couldn't get together for our sons bday because of social distances, but we have come up with a keeping social distance but still get together, for today. He feels its hypocritical. He doesn't care about the get together otherwise.
