Subchorionic hematoma

I’m 10w6d and last night we went to the ER bc I was bleeding extremely heavy. I wasn’t even spotting at all through the day or leading up to it... and believe me, after two miscarriages, every time I wipe I’m checking bc I’m so paranoid. It’s like it came out of no where. I have no pain or cramping at all, just the normal tight/achey feeling, but I’ve felt that pretty much on and off all pregnancy so nothing out of the norm. At the hospital they did an ultrasound and baby girl was just bouncing around in there and her heartbeat was great. They found a “pocket of blood” and explained to me that it’s probably a subchorionic hematoma. I’ve never had experience with this, but after two miscarriages and having a very uneventful pregnancy up until now, I’m just a nervous wreck. Everything I’ve read seems pretty positive with outcomes, I’m just wondering if any other mamas have experienced this and turned out to be nothing? Just looking for support. 😥❤️
