Weight Loss/Appetite Change?

Has anyone’s IUD caused them to lose weight or effected their appetite? I’ve been on Mirena since March 19’ and I have lost about 25lbs over the year due to not having an appetite. Might not seem like a lot but it’s really noticeable since I’m already on the smaller side and I wasn’t looking to lose. I’m trying to gain weight but this is making it so much harder. I can usually eat quite a lot but since I’ve been on this method of BC my desire to eat is hardly there and I haven’t introduced any other new things to my diet or body. Also nauseated almost every day! I love it otherwise but I’m leaning towards having it removed if this persists 😟
