Is this fair? Stepdaughter

My husband’s daughter stays over every weekend(Fri-Sun), we both have kids from previous relationships. My son goes to his dads every other weekend which is my time to “breathe” when my husband’s daughter comes over he leaves me to care for her, I find this unfair because all he does is sit on his phone & video games. I still work full time and only get 1 day off which are Sunday’s. She’s 7 which is much easier but I still find this unfair. There was one time where I overslept and woke up till 11am by that time she had already called her mom telling her to pick her up because she hasn’t ate in hrs which lead to a huge argument between my Husband and I. I honestly haven’t had a serious talk with my husband about this. Am I wrong? Any advice
