So movie title help

Alright yall got a mission for you. My little one needs help finding a movie title. I have no clue what hes talking about. He said it's a movie about characters named harold and jack. He said there was a robot and it was a she but he cant remember her name. He said harold drank some green potion and turned into jack and was controlling him. He said we used to own it but it got to scratched up. He said it belonged on the kids dvd shelf so that ranges from cartoon to rated g. He said it was not a cartoon movie. I've spent a while on Google and they have no clue lol does anyone here know the movie?? More info he just gave me. He said the robot girl had no legs and harold could plug her in and make her transform her shape. He turned her into a motorcycle. And something about her drinking the green potion stuff to so he wouldnt do it to control jack or something.
