Should we file a report or leave it ?

Soo in the state of California a lot of people are unemployed with no job and only surviving day by day with savings like us. We live a mobile home park. In some places a lot of home ow are not paying rent because they’re bank gave them 3 months. In our case we are still paying rent here at the mobile park. My sister was telling me that we should file or fight back because that’s not right that sooo many people aren’t working and are living day by day and in California most places have the people a chance top stop paying rent because of the coronavirus. She said talk to the manager or owner. 
Can we or do we have to pay rent ?

Pay as much as you can. The banks aren't giving the homeowners three months at zero charge- they still have to pay for these three months down the line.

What other people are doing should not come into play when making your financial decisions. Pay your rent if you can afford to pay and be thankful you can afford to pay it. Just because someone else is in need doesn’t mean you should put your hand out too. What a terrible way of thinking. Imagine being jealous of a poor person and wanting to take away from the little resources they have. This pandemic really brought out the best in the entitles didn’t it?

Omg, you don't "stop" paying rent. Your just able to not pay rent and owe it once the pandemic is over and legally not be evicted. Guess what, once this is over you'll owe every single month of that backpayment.
This isn't a time for "financial" gain, this is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC.

In 3 months the people who aren't paying will owe a grand total of 4 months worth of rent. So, if you feel the need to not pay then by all means do so, but try to have a plan for when it all comes due.
Yes, its a shitty situation for those who honestly have no income right now, but if you have the savings to still pay rent I would advise that you do so.

If you can afford to pay why would you stop? That's almost taking advnlabtage of the situation...People who cant afford to pay rent right now will have to pay it all back eventually. Stay above water while you can....

Here's the situation with that .... homeowners  will have to pay in full the 3 missed months, so that will mean  4 months of mortgage all at once.  Its not added on to the end, of the payments .  As for renters,  yes,  evictions  aren't happening now, But  you better believe in a few months  they will have grounds to evict you.  If you have the financial  means to pay, you better pay.

my bf asked his landlord a few weeks ago. she told him "sure.. but you have to pay me back in a few months :)" so he just decided to keep paying rent as usual
