Anxiety coming back?
So I’ve been at the doctor before and was diagnosed with anxiety. This has haunted me at a greater amount for at least the last 3 years. Before that I was pretty okay and had stress only on logical things to stress about. He gave me medication 3 months ago and told me to take it twice a day for a month.
So I basically am medication free for 2 months now, and I’ve been pretty fine. In the past few weeks I’ve started noticing that I had stress out of nowhere.
I’ll have extreme difficulties sleeping, I’ll stress about being underweight, I’ll stress about online lessons and during online lessons (especially when I’m asked to talk), I’ll stress about driving (especially now that I don’t drive much due to the lockdown), I’ll stress about what people think of me, if my friends want to still hang out with me, I’ll listen to depressing songs, skip meals, feel nauseous, and basically have constant mood swings. I can be super calm and happy at one moment and then I’ll have a flashback of something awkward or humiliating that happened to me like 7 years ago and stress about it.
I try to control it by drinking tea with different calming herbs and having warm showers, but it still comes after.
I don’t know what I should do.
