When should I test?

I had my iud removed the 15th. I had sex two days before that, which they then told me would potentially be able to get me pregnant if I ovulated while the sperm was inside. I had ovulation cm two days later. Then the 23rd I had pinkish spotting and haven’t had any bleeding since then. My period was supposed to be the 4th but it never came. Still hasn’t. My boob are sore, I’m moody, and peeing a lot. The only symptom I don’t have right now that I did when I was pregnant with my first is a headache.

When should I test for best accuracy? I keep talking myself into doing it earlier knowing it’ll be negative and I just need someone else to tell me to stop 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
