Agony with my belly

I have included a picture of a Google image and circled where my pain is.

Ive had pain like this but only when im having my period and currently im closer to ovualtion.

I have really bad pain near belly button and just lower (see picture), even hurts when i touch my belly and to the left abdomen im having a pain which isnt goint away. Been a couple of hours just aching. When i breath it sends shooting pains along the ache. Has anyone witnessed anything like this.

Could it be ovulation pains as im close to ovulating, infection. Any advice would be muchly appreciated x
