11w6d Spotting **needing reassurance**

I’ve had some bleeding and spotting throughout my pregnancy so far. At 8w I got diagnosed with a small SCH that went away on its on.

Today when I went to the bathroom when I wiped there was red blood, but only when I wiped. I called my dr and she said everything was normal & not to worry.

Can someone please just ease my mind? I’ll go days without spotting and then it happens again. Also, I’m on pelvic rest and I’ve been sticking to that. I’m not working right now either so I haven’t been doing much. Just taking it easy.
