Weight loss journey starts today!
Hey guys- this is kind of embarrassing for me to post, but I’m hoping that putting this out there will help keep me accountable. I’ve steadily gained weight over the last 2 years- went from 125lbs to 187. I was diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis yesterday and that was my wake up call. My diet has been trash and I’ve haven’t been very active. My doctor told me that losing weight (7% of my total) could help with my
PCOS symptoms so here we are. Here’s to eating better, staying active, and hopefully dropping some lbs!!!
