Postpartum weight loss
UPDATE: Thank you for your encouragement sweet ladies 💕 since posting this I’ve lost three pounds (not much, but hey, I’ll take the small victories)! Increasing my cardio and using MyFitnessPal has really made me feel more energized and healthier overall!
Throughout my pregnancy, I gained too much weight. I ate as if I were truly eating for two with the idea that breastfeeding would make it all go away. I began the pregnancy at 137 and ended it at 191. I am now 8 weeks postpartum and have lost 43 pounds with diet (clean eating) and exercise (cardio and weight lifting). I am seeking to lose another ten pounds but have hit a plateau. Any tips or ideas for losing the rest would be greatly appreciated! Here’s a pic of my LO, because she’s worth every pound💗
