Should I get tested for Covid-19?

So I’ve had a cough and a runny nose for about 2 weeks but I figured it was allergies because I always have a cough and runny nose around this time. I’ve been told another symptom is loss of ability to taste and smell. I noticed tonight when drinking a Powerade that I couldn’t taste it. So I had my brother bring me tootsie rolls from our candy cabinet and I couldn’t really taste those either. My sense of smell is fine. Also, I had a piece of the tootsie roll in my teeth so I picked it out almost directly after putting hand sanitizer on and I couldn’t taste that either... idk I’m just trying to be safe because I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have a c-section in 2 weeks.
