Anger
My SO just got out of the Navy. He has a horrible temper. I did research and found that the VA has a free anger management app. I asked him if he would download it and go through the course. That was almost a month ago. He still hasn’t done it. I’m almost at my wit’s end. I do my best not to snap back at him when he’s angry. What do I do?
