How do I tell this girl that I like her?

I currently need some advice, I’m a bit nervous. I want to confess/tell my best friend (for a few years) that I have feelings for her. I want to tell her in person but however in the current situation, that’s not going to happen for a while. I have so much I want to say to her but I can’t express it through text. I’m just nervous that I could miss this opportunity? Like if I don’t tell her now, will I ever be able to? Before quarantine we would hang out as often as we could and we talk better face to face than through text. She cannot really keep a conversation by text which worries me more. I believe she is bisexual as well, as we have talked about relationships and she mentioned wanting a girlfriend/boyfriend a while ago. There’s so much I could say about her but I don’t want to keep rambling on.
