Severe diaper rash ?

My 3 month old baby has a really bad rash that doesn’t seem to go away I apply cream and baby powder and nothing . I also changed his diapers doesn’t seem to help . Should I go to the doctor? Or any remedies that might help . Does it look severe ?

Try medihoney, first the honey then the barrier cream. That worked really well for my little one.

I would try different ointments too (along with different diapers and wipes). When my son was a baby certain diaper rash creams actually made his rash worse.

My daughters yeast rashes looked nothing like this. This is just old fashioned diaper rash. It needs to dry out honestly.

You need to wipe it good and then let it air dry completely before you put stuff on it. Desetin, coconut oil, aquaphore, pink salve, try a different one than what you have been using each diaper cream works differently for each kid. It may be a yeasty rash so the coconut oil would be better

Kind of looks like a yeast infection rash which will need a prescription cream. I would go to the doctor

I would also suggest letting it breathe for a bit. Air it out. 
Definitely try out different diapers or wipes if you are doing everything right such as changing right away and cleaning the area properly.

Try bag balm. Get it from the pharmacy. It does wonders!

Ouchhhh. How long has it been? Try soaking in a bath and then some air time to dry it out good. For the diaper cream, apply thick and leave the layer on there to be a barrier. Pat dry instead of wiping. Maybe try different wipes, or even just a damp soft cloth. If it doesn't resolve in a day or two I would definitely consult with his pediatrician. Poor little guy. Hope it clears up soon!

Are you changing dirty diapers almost immediately? Have you been using the same diapers since birth? Maybe try a different brand like Honest and I like burts bees diaper cream
