Pregnant again?

My little boy is one on 26th May, and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant again due jan 2021. It took us over 2 years to conceive our little boy, and we weren’t even trying this time, so I’m still in so much shock. I feel guilty I won’t be able to spend as much time with my sweet little boy, and I keep thinking about how hard it will be. Anyone else struggle with feelings about a second pregnancy? Please don’t judge, I feel terrible as it is.
