Tonsillitis and baby

I just found out I have tonsillitis and was prescribed antibiotics but I have a 1 month old and I’m scared I gave it to her, I didn’t know I had it at first I just had problem swallowing and thought it was anxiety(I have major anxiety) and I read it’s really contagious now I’m having a major anxiety attack thinking I could of given it to her and what if she gets sick it would be my fault and I’m going into a really bad place right now into major depression,I am on anxiety and depression medication,please I’m scared my baby could die and it would be my fault I don’t know what to do, for now I don’t want to even touch her of fear of getting her sick my husband is taking care of her
