Rash on my Breast?? Or??

So I know it’s highly unlikely I’ll find a doctor here but I don’t have insurance.

3 days ago this showed up on my breast. I noticed it right away I think, while in the shower because it’s itchy. At first I thought it was a mosquito or bug bite of some sort. But now it’s starting to look like a rash. I don’t know what this could be. I have major anxiety so I all I can think of is breast cancer. Does anyone know what this could be and if i should just go to my doctor anyway?
