am i pregnant sos

okay so this is really complicated but im super stressed about it. so a few days ago my bf and i had sex and there was an ~accident~...he came in me. usually i ask him to pull out but ik accidents happen which is why im on birth control. so today, 2 days after, i got sick and threw up my birth control pill. it was about 3 hours after i took it so its probably fine, but i took tomorrow's just in case. could i get pregnant from this? im so strict about birth control i always take it at exactly the same time like literally within the minute every night so im probably just tweaking...but am i though? please lmk! also what are the consequences of taking double the dose of birth control even tho its the least of my concerns?
