Recurring UTI

I started feeling UTI symptoms 2 weeks ago so I tested myself with AZO uti test strips. It came back positive so my dr put me on antibiotics. Once I got done the antibiotics I tested again and it said I had another UTI and I still felt the symptoms so they gave me a different set of antibiotics. Now I’ve completely finished my antibiotics yesterday and I took my last test and it still says I have a UTI although I don’t feel any symptoms of it yet. The dr did take my urine culture and tested me for STD’s he said I was negative. What should I do?
