Teen Pregnancy

PLEASE GIVE KIND ADVICE!!!!!

I am 17 years old and I just got a positive pregnancy test... My boyfriend of a year just turned 19 and we’re currently expecting in December. We both come from very supportive families and both him and I are smart and have come up with a plan on how we are going to do this in the best way possible. But how do I prepare for the comments i’m receiving? I’ve had countless women already give me stares and say things along the lines of “That’s disappointing,” or “I bet your parents are upset,” or “Do you know who the dad is?”. How can I answer these comments? I’m scared as it is and I already am sensitive (hormones are making it worse); so what should I respond to these comments? I’m desperate as this is genuinely costing my mental health...
