my mental health is so low and bad :(
ever since quarantine and online school my mental health started becoming so bad and i realized that i have a lot of mental health problems by looking at their symptoms and the fact that i’m going threw this in such a young age is worse i searched it up and they told me to make a routine etc i did that and i would never follow it all of my work is due late and i still havent uploaded a lot of my work and my teachers are emailing my parents and when i explain this to my parents they don’t understand and they think i’m overdramatic and that i have to become more mature and responsible then they go and ground me which makes things even worse. i’m having anxiety OCD ADHD and a lot more i’m becoming more lazy day by day and everything keeps getting worse. everyone (my friends and classmates) are perfect their doing their work on time their life is amazing all organized and mine is nothing like that does anyone know or have any tips on what i can do? thanks i will rlly appreciate is someone can help! 💖
