Zoloft withdrawal

Can somebody give me advice please? I started my zoloft Wednesday and stopped on Friday because the side effects were so unbearable..Ever since i stopped I've been having a heavy feelimg on my chest..no pain it just feels heavy. I went to the ER yesterday and they did a CT that showed nothing was wrong along with blood work and a EKG. They didn't give me much advice besides following up with my provider and that it could be a side effect from the zoloft or an anxiety attack trying to happen. I have no other symptoms..im not dizzy, short of breath is caused by the heaviness and i have no pain..idk..i also just got my period after delivering 6 weeks ago..i have allergies too and no asthma..im even able to workout without feeling winded..idk if its anxiety or the zoloft or something they missed bur i wanted to know if any of you had an experience with zoloft like this?
