Could it mean pd

The other night I had a bad dream about my lo were I gave him a sachet of calpol because he wasn't well and well basically my lo came out in a red rash all over his body and started breathing really shallow and if he was dying, all I could think about was is I've killed my baby what will the police think, anyway is there a meaning to having these dreams or my mind doing overtime :/ my lo is 3 weeks and 4 days now, straight forward labor lasted 5 hours and went well.
