Partner going to next scan?

Hi Ladies,
I’ve got my next scan on 18th June (anatomy scan) and I’m loosing hope that my partner will be able to come with me😩 I was hoping he’d be able to come and finally feel like   of this pregnancy  as he hasn’t been to any scans yet so he hasn’t seen baby move, heard the heart beat either. Just seen scan photos that I’ve brought home. 
Thoughts on hospitals allowing one person to accompany by mid June? I fully understand that if he can’t come because of covid still then fine but I’m really hoping he can 🤞🏻😩
Also anyone who attends Medway Maritime hospital in this group?

My husband wasn’t allowed in for my 20 week scan. A few weeks later we booked a private scan and he was allowed to come to that one.

I hate all this!.
My husband and i are utter soulmates and we wernt even informed this was a thing. Not same hospital but same country. Well Scotland. They say the same up here and tbh it's totally devastating to us.
We are due with our first baby July 15th and im panicked. They have this stupid rule about daddys to be even in labour only being aloud a certain amount if time to be there. Im horrified!. I understand all about covid but our midwife comes to us and checks us over each time and we are fine. Im hoping with all of me that all goes well and we can go home the same day. Our midwife says thats possible all going well.
Is your midwife not visiting you at home?. She / he can let you both lusten to the heartbeat at home if that helps. Thats where we have heard it every single time. Ask. :).
We are lucky that we got all our first bunch of scans together. :).
I have anxiety, like bad and im terrified by all this news!. We have been told it may change by July and its one of the first things that will change. Even though we are high rish im not going to lie we've discussed home birth. The hospital is 5 minutes away so.......

I'm at Medway. I've got my 35 week scan on Monday. Midwife on the Friday before. She's said it'll be me on my own for the scan, but I can find out more about the hospital's plans for June when I go in Monday.

I have mine the first week of June and my hospital have put a large sign up in the waiting room saying No Phones allowed and they will not write down the sex for liability reasons, they are also only allowing one photo per person. I was really hoping to get the sex written down so me and my husband could find out together, I am just really hoping he will be allowed by the time my 36 week scan comes around 🤞

I have my 20 week scan the 7th July and was told that there's a possibility he'll be allowed in but probably not so I doubt anyone will be able to go with you☹️☹️

I have my scan on 15th June. My consultant phoned me on Monday just passed for a phone consult and she said at this time I still need to go on my own but if anything changes they will post it on the health board Facebook page.
I'm more gutted about not being able to take my little girl than my husband as this is his 3rd so hes been there done that lol
But he has said if it doesnt change we will go for a private scan so we can take our daughter

No I don’t think so. From what I’ve been told the NHS will keep it like this until around October. Obviously different trusts will do different things but I think the fact no one can go with you to scans and appointments will be the last thing to be lifted x

My friend had hers yesterday and her partner wasn’t allowed to go 😟 it really sucks but they understand why 😥 xx
