C section
Has anyone’s OB/GYN told them that they will never be able to have kids vaginally? With my first I had preeclampsia, and was induced at 37 weeks. I was in active labor for about 3 days, dilated to a 3 with no luck. Unfortunately my cervix wasn’t softening.. They tried softening my cervix with multiple things, and then tried breaking my water to no avail. This is when my doctor opted for a c-section. As I was being rolled back my water broke, but he still insisted on the c-section rather than waiting. After the surgery was done and I was in my room my doctor came to tell me that he had felt my cervix from the inside and that it was as hard as a rock, and that I will never be able to deliver vaginally.
I’m dying to know if anyone else was told they had this problem, but ended up having a VBAC. I’m now 4 weeks in with my second and am very curious.
Sorry if I posted in wrong group, I’m new to this..
