Is this "just friends"?

So this guy I met about 6 months ago comes to my house every weekend. I live 2 hours away from him. But he drives here every weekend and spends at least 3 days at a time, Friday to Monday or Sunday to Wednesday and then sometimes he'll drive home for a day and come back. He spent 2 weeks here once. He'll cook food for me and buy things to help out. He leaves a bunch of stuff here and loves my kids. He hangs out with them often. One time I wore his jacket he left here while he was back home and I posted a picture of me wearing it on Facebook. He didn't like it so I took it down. Then he tells me were just friends he doesn't see me more than that. I'm confused as to why he does all this but he doesn't want to be more than friends?
