So I ask many questions about our relationship like do you like me do you lie me are you going to change etc. ( Keep in mind he has not cheated on me, we still have sex, and we have had problems like any relationship but we gave ourselves time to both change and try to make this workout and if it does then move out to our own place) And my husband says HE HATES many questions specially when it’s the same questions over and over and that that’s what doesn’t let him be more affectionate to me because when I’m like that he think I’m annoying and I put him in a bad mood and he just doesn’t want to be around me when I’m asking too many “stupid” questions...
Do you think my asking too many “stupid “ questions and annoying him like be pushing him away?

It's emotionally exhausting! For the love of God and your partner, please stop or at least tone it down drastically! I've been in this relationship and from your husband's perspective, it's horrible. It's emotionally exhausting to be constantly doubted and questioned. 
And of course he's going to change. Life is change. You are going to change too. That's not a bad thing, it's growth.

I get insecure sometimes with my fiancé, for personal reasons, but even I know there is a limit to how many questions and what questions to ask. Don't flood your partner with questions,, especially the same ones in a short period of time over and over. Its emotionally exhausting to have to keep reassuring someone of the same things especially if they have no reason to ask you those questions. And even if they did have a reason, there still should be a limit. Also you are husband and wife, you've made it to the final point of a relationship, dont drive him nuts now
