I need advice about pets

I have 3 dogs. 2 small and 1 medium.

I’ve had them 7, 5 and 3 years. I love them to death but here is my issue. I have a one yr old daughter. But 2 of them still use the restroom Inside during the night time. I take them outside through out the day. One of them refuses to go out every time she only goes outside when she really needs to go. She is the one who still uses the restroom inside during the night time. The other boy dog uses outside and inside at night. I’ve tried to leave them outside during the night time where they have a big dog house, pillows and even chairs to sleep on with food and water and backyard. But they will bark and howl giving me no choice but to let them inside. It’s so frustrating because I have to mop up the pee every single day. Then my daughter is walking so I can’t let her walk around until I sweep and mop the pee up. It’s so overwhelming. It’s not fair to her. I’m torn bc I know it’s my fault for not properly training them when they were younger. But my other dog caught on since a puppy and never uses the restroom inside. Idk what to do or how train them. I cannot put them in kennels bc either they will bark and cry or hide away so I cannot put them in there. On top of it they both bark so much when anyone is at the door sometimes waking my daughter up from her naps. It never bothered her as a baby but not that she’s older it does. She loves them too and likes to play with them. But Idk what to do. Idk how to get them to potty outside atleast. I don’t want to be one of those pet owners who take their dogs to the shelter after having them for so many years. But I am trying to have another baby as well so it’d be even bigger problem.

Anyone fur mamas have any tips or suggestions?
