Is it normal to feel worried that baby will come out with issues?

Im a first time mom I’m due next month on the 16th and everything has been normal I had a lot of scans in the beginning of my pregnancy due to a subchorionic bleed. And because I was a ivf pregnancy. But now that the time is getting closer im worried about her being born with autism or some sort of disorder I have no reason to think this but I don’t know why I’m so worried about it. Maybe because I had to go through a lot to get pregnant and I’m thinking the worst. She was screened for neural tube defects and Down syndrome ect was all negative but i don’t know why I’m thinking she will be born with something wrong 😔
