Since me and my husband got married I can’t shower alone. Like I try but I have bad panic attacks😅

Get profesional help, call around and get a free consult if they offer it. It’s not normal behavior. Sooner or later it will take a toll.

My husband and I shower together and I definitely don’t like it when I end up showering alone. But the fact that it gives you a panic attack isn’t healthy and you should see someone about that. Unless you’re saying panic attack because it sounds “cool” and it’s not actually a panic attack.
