How do you all cope

I’ve got a little girl who just recently turned 7 months and I’ve just found out today I’m expecting again but I’ve been on the pill religiously this really wasn’t planned. I plan on keeping my little one. But honestly wanna know how you all cope with 2 under 2 I’m so scared. Also if my test days 2-3 weeks do I add 2 weeks on ?

Edit my bleeding was irregular before I had a 2 day bleed on the 9th to 10th but before that was 28th-30th may
