Bring water, stay hydrated, and make sure you dont go to far that you can get home quick if you start to feel unwell. I know i can be out in that heat for about an hour/2 before i start feeling unwell.

It's ok.  Just be sure to take water and stay close to shelter.   Be very aware of how you are feeling.   Walks are good for you but like I said just be aware of how you're feeling

I personally can’t do walks if it’s warmer than 85° right now. I’m 33 weeks. I get way too hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable, I figure that’s my body telling me that I shouldn’t do it. 
I can walk my dogs around the block, but no further than that.
