What do u use to wash ur face?

Honestly i have a dry skin issue with my face and its super oily. The only thing I have found to help and clean my face is Johnson and Johnson baby wash. I kno was this comment sounds confusing but 90% of my face is oily but i have like 3 spots on my face that are dried out and flaky...im thinking I have eczema but it helps tremendously when i use baby wash

Yardley Charcoal soap. I moisturize and spray my face with infused water after the shower.

Water and a scrub to exfoliate. 
Cleaning my makeup off, I just use a Makeup Eraser. It’s a cloth that just uses water to remove the makeup.
