I am the type to drink a ton while eating lol so I tend to fill up fast cause I'm drinking as much as I'm eating 🤣
My man on the other hand barely drinks anything when we eat and waits until he's finished his food to take a drink lol

my bf and i are the same way! i go through at least two glasses when eating. i tend to drink a lot of water. my bf pecks at his water while eating and waits til he's done eating. sometimes if i don't want to wait for a refill i just drink his glass LOL.

People have a tendency to overeat quite badly in society nowadays, drinking water as you eat forces you to eat slower, and actually process wether you’re still hungry or not
