Postpartum Rash and EBF?

Did anyone get a postpartum rash? Even though I’m 10wks postpartum I started getting this rash 10 days ago on my stomach and it has slowly spread up my stomach, underarms, back and now a few on my upper legs. I’m taking oatmeal baths and it helps at night before I go to bed but when I wake up the itchiness is back. We are moving in a few wks so I know the stress of this has caused my Histamine release now. I can’t take Benadryl bc of EBF. Any other moms out their that had this and EBF? What did you do?
