5 week old wants to eat every 1-2 hours. HELP!!!

LO is 5 weeks and seems to want to eat ALL the time. When he nurses, he nurses to the point of sleep. He's putting on good weight being in the 80th percentile. My thing is why is he wanting to nurse sooo much. He seems full after feeds, burps during them, then goes back on to complete his session. He just seems to wake and want the boob every 1-2 hours. To top it off, he doesn't sleep very well. Between 10p and 8a last night, he woke 5 times wanting to be nursed. I AM TIRED!!! Is anyone else going through this? I need tips and pointers please!
