At what point should i consider going to the doctor/consider sleep aid medicines?
For like the last 2 months my insomnia has been a beast to deal with. It takes at least an hour plus to fall asleep (more like closer to 2 hours on some nights). Should I go to the doctor? Try out some sleep meds? The one time I tried melatonin it did nothing. Any ideas on some sleep aids/vitamins?
I already use a diffuser and a weighted blanket but doesn’t really work
