My husband is not understanding. Help!

I have asked for help and when I complain he gets mad. We have 4 kids and I am home with them 24 7. He will hardly help. But gets mad at me for ever asking or complaining. Always makes excuses. I never get to sleep in. He does every day off or weekend. He has alot of things to work on and blames me for not getting them done. But is it that unfair that I want some breaks or help? Also when I say we need to have more fun and do things together he makes excuses also and has said there isnt time. I thought your suppose to always make time?? Am i thinking wrong on this? Very frustrated would just like some opinions. Thanks
