4-5ish years. 2.5+ just trying then a year and a half of IUI/IVF treatment

Our first was almost a year to the date we started trying, but we lost him at 11/12 weeks with a missed miscarriage. Second, after about 8 months of healing from my miscarriage, I took three rounds of clomid (so three months), and got pregnant with our daughter who we lost at 8 weeks to another missed miscarriage. 5 months later, with the help of progesterone pills, l-methylfolate, and one low-dose aspirin a day, I got pregnant with our daughter who I’m currently 20 weeks with (also, once it was confirmed I was pregnant I started daily lovenox shots.)
Getting pregnant is really hard for some of us. Staying pregnant, even harder.

Literally got pregnant the first time my husband didn’t pull out. Our girl was 100% planned btw. We had been using the pull out method for 9 months after I went off birth control (for health reasons) before he decided he was ready

9 months TTC for #1 but my second was a surprise baby! You just never know. I was 21 and 22 when I conceived them

17 months until I said fuck it and stopped trying. Also I was on top when he finished and then got up and went about my day to let gravity do the work.
If your partner is on the big side then I do recommend you being on top as they miss the target and aim right at the back of your cervical wall when done.
I've got pregnant twice doing this.

After I stopped taking birth control last summer it took about 10 months for me to get pregnant. Now I'm between 9-13 weeks with my first. Getting my first ultrasound scheduled here soon. Good luck and baby dust!
