Would it be crazy??

So I found out last Saturday that I’m pregnant, based on my last period I’m 8 weeks and 3 days. I called my ob Monday and told them I got three positive pregnancy tests and asked if they had anything before my originally scheduled appointment on July 8th. They said they don’t but put me on the cancellation list (so if anyone cancels, they will call me) but I want to tell my husband and my family so bad. I’m terrible at keeping secrets! Would it be crazy for me to call and ask if my ob could order an ultrasound from her technician at a different office to see how far along I really am?
