36 weeks and lots of pressure and burning

So I am 36 weeks today and just two weeks ago I had to go to labor and delivery because I was having bad contractions but After several hours I wasn’t dilated at all. They sent me home but doctor mentioned how baby might come early then expected but if I made it past 36 weeks it’s great they happy with that. Since last night I’ve been having bad contractions again didn’t sleep much 10-15mins and at times they came sooner. I have so much pressure and (tmi) my vagina burns like hell (it’s not uti) would the burning mean I’m dilating ??? Also got up and had so much pressure I wet myself felt like pee but it wasn’t (idk) could it be I’m leaking fluid ????
