Stress

So I had sex about a week before my period was supposed to start and now according to the app I’m 14 days late. I stopped my birth control because it was making me so sick, i started the birth control july 2019 because this same thing happened last year when i stopped at taking my bc at the beginning of January 2019 and didnt have a period for like 4-5 months and i was so stressed because i thought i was pregnant but every test would come back negative and now im stressed again because i feel like its happening again 😩
