LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS ULTRASOUNDS

Hello, I was looking for some advice if possible please. Unfortunately In 2017 I experienced a 12 week miscarriage. A year later I experienced a 10 week, missed miscarriage and I’ve had 3 very early ones since.

This evening I was having a bit of a hard time, and I decided to get the scan pictures out of my first pregnancy, after not looking at them in over a year. I noticed something strange in the ultrasound and was looking for some advice. This pregnancy was queried ectopic at 6 weeks, resulting in surgery, only for them to find out it wasn’t ectopic, but I have a rare fibroid, as it’s on my actual ovary. I was having regular scans, but on the scan the day before I miscarried i can see a weird round shape in the ultrasound above the baby. I know it’s probably not healthy to be looking into it now, but I can’t help but wonder what it is. I know it won’t change anything, but I’m now wondering if I could have a fibroid in my womb that hasn’t been picked up on? Or something that may have caused my miscarriage? Thank you so much
